Shoprayz makes every attempt to ensure satisfaction with your purchase & maintain long term association with all our customers. Shoprayz has a 5 days return/replace policy and it must be in its original packaging with the original tags and labels.
- Defective/Damaged Packages has to be returned or notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Order replacement is done in following cases:
- Wrong Size/Color/Style/Quantity
- Missing Parts/Accessories
- Defective/Damaged (if not under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
- Return Package should be accompanied with its original Price Tag and Packing Slip.
- Few products are under Warranty Policy. Please refer to the Product page for further reference.
To return / replace simply follow the steps below:
- Send an email to our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org OR call us on +971 4 234 5558 to initiate the process.
- We will log your return request and respond through our email along with your airway bill(AWB) & request for your preferred time for collection.
- Regular courier charges are applicable for return/exchange.
- Handover the airway bill (AWB) to the courier along with the items you wish to return.
- We will issue you a coupon or refund the amount as per your choice.
- Return coupon will be issued equivalent to value of the item(s) you returned. The coupon will be redeemable at shoprayz.com and you can shop for any other products in our store.
Please note the following:
- Make sure the original packaging of the purchased items not used and original pack not disturbed to avail returns/refund.
- Fragrances or skincare, products cannot be returned.
In the case of a defected item, please make sure that original packaging is preserved such as labels, accessories, manuals, tags for electronic items.
- Lingerie wear, swimsuits, jewellery and other cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
- Clearance products are not eligible for return or refund.
